Terms and Conditions
The Futurescape Research Panel is owned and operated by Futurescape Global Ltd, Unit 5 / 192 Victoria Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (“Futurescape”).
Participation in the Futurescape Research Panel and surveys signals your agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions shown on this website.
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions outlined on this website, please do not use this website or sign up to the Futurescape Research Panel.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “we” means Futurescape Global Ltd (Futurescape).
General Conditions
By registering as a Futurescape Research Panel Member ("Member") you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Futurescape reserves the right to amend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Futurescape website. Your use of the Futurescape website/ participation in research studies following the posting of any amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
You warrant that:
You have provided accurate and current personal information. You agree to update your personal information when necessary and to ensure that it is current at all times;
You will only undertake surveys that you are asked to participate in and are in your own name;
You only have one membership;
You will not forward any material/ survey links you receive to any third party unless invited to do so by us at the time the material/ survey link is sent to you;
You will not respond to a survey/ participate in a project more than once unless you are invited to do so by Futurescape;
You are aged 15 or over or, if you are under 15, you have the permission of your parents or guardian to be a member of the Futurescape Research Panel and to participate in research projects/ surveys;
You are not a competitor of Futurescape, joining up for the purpose of understanding our activity for competitive advantage.
You acknowledge and accept that:
By joining the Futurescape Research Panel and completing surveys/ participating in research projects you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions shown on this website.
Conditions of Membership
Membership in the Futurescape Research Panel is open to residents of New Zealand aged 15 and above. Only one account may be maintained per person. Multiple accounts may not use a single email address even if the accounts are for different people. Futurescape reserves the right to close survey response periods early.
Confidentiality
Except as required by law, Members shall keep confidential and not disclose to any third parties the contents and any information associated with any surveys/ research projects.
Personal Information
Futurescape reserves the right to authenticate any information logged on the website, including registration details. It is the Member's responsibility to keep personal information as current as possible. Futurescape adheres to New Zealand's Privacy laws and Research Privacy Principles of ESOMAR. Please see the Privacy Statement for further information.
Termination
Futurescape reserves the right to terminate the membership and account of any Futurescape Research Panel Member without prior notice and in Futurescape’s sole discretion. Circumstances in which a Member shall be terminated include but are not limited to (a) breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions or other incorporated agreements or guidelines; (b) the existence of multiple accounts for the same Member; (c) lack of regular participation in the surveys/ research projects by a Member; (d) an invalid email address registered for an account; (e) a Member responds to emails or surveys that are intended for another person; (f) false or fraudulent responses or other fraudulent activity; (g) false referrals. Futurescape may terminate or modify the Futurescape Research Panel in its sole discretion. Termination for any reason will result in forfeiture of any accumulated e-points.
Exclusion of Liability
Futurescape shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any direct or indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages or damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or in connection with the Futurescape website or its contents or any website accessed from the Futurescape website or any other research project conducted by Futurescape.
Indemnity
You will take all necessary action to defend and indemnify Futurescape, its officers and employees against all costs, expenses and damages incurred in connection with any claim brought by a third party against Futurescape arising from a breach by you of any of these terms and conditions or the Privacy Statement.

Futurescape makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of this website or any site(s) linked to this site. Futurescape is not liable or responsible for the content of any other websites, including any website through which you may have gained access to our website or to which you may gain access from our website. The inclusion of any link does not imply Futurescape’s endorsement of the linked sites, or any association with their operators.
Legal Effect
If any provision of this notice shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable to the extent that it is unlawful, void or enforceable, but shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. As used in this notice, Futurescape means Futurescape Global Limited.
Intellectual Property and Copyright Notice
The copyright and the material contained in the Futurescape website belong to and remain the property of Futurescape. Do not use, disclose, reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, republish (including framing any part of this website) or revise the contents of this website without the prior written consent of Futurescape. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you or any third party through the use of access to this website. Rather, all rights, title and interest in and to all aspects of this website remain the sole property of Futurescape.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in New Zealand, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
