TERMS & CONDITIONS
Participation in Futurescape Research Panels (including, but not limited to Moochers, JuJam, the Futurescape Tasting Panel and any panel Futurescape runs on behalf of / in partnership with a client) and surveys signals your agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions shown on this website.
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions outlined on this website, please do not sign up to any Futurescape Research Panel or participate in any Futurescape research activity.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “we” means Futurescape Global Ltd.
You warrant that:
You have provided accurate and current personal information. You agree to update your personal information when necessary and to ensure that it is current at all times;
You will only undertake surveys that are sent to you and are in your own name;
You only have one membership;
You will not forward any emails or survey links you receive to any third party unless invited to do so by us at the time the email or link is sent to you;
You will not respond to a survey more than once;
You are aged 15 or over or, if you are under 15, you have the permission of your parents or guardian to be a member of any Futurescape Research Panel and to participate in surveys;
You are not a competitor of Futurescape or Futurescape clients, joining up for the purpose of understanding our activity for competitive advantage.
You acknowledge and accept that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership to any Futurescape Research Panel without warning at any time;
If we suspend or cancel your membership your entries into any undrawn prize draws will be immediately void;
If you cancel your membership any entries you have to undrawn prize draws are void;
If you cease to be a member of a specific panel any amounts accrued in your Shopping Voucher Points Total can be cancelled or transferred to a registered New Zealand charity at our discretion;
By joining any Futurescape Research Panel and completing surveys you have accepted the Terms and Conditions shown on this website.
PRIZES AND REWARDS
Futurescape offers a number of different of rewards for participation in panel surveys and activities. These terms and conditions apply to all prizes that we offer.
Chances to win various prizes are offered to every person invited to participate in a survey and completes the survey by the closing time specified in the invitation.
We reserve the right to ask you to confirm your details at any such time that you are contacted as a prize winner, and if your details are not correct and up to date, you will forfeit any rights you have to the prize.
General Terms and Conditions That Apply to Prize Draws
All prize draws will take place within two weeks of the close of the survey, month, or other stated prize period and the winner(s) will be notified using the email address in their membership records.
Winners have two working weeks to respond to the email to confirm that they wish to accept the prize and to provide their delivery details. If a winner does not respond within two weeks, their prize is automatically forfeited and a second prize winner will be drawn. The same rule applies for any second or subsequent winner drawn.
We will not enter into any dialogue with anyone who has not responded within two weeks, no matter what the reason for any delay, including but not limited to if the persons email is not working, has changed or if they are not clearing their email for some reason etc.
Futurescape’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prizes are as stated on this website or in survey invitation emails and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We are not liable for any costs, expenses or liability incurred by the prize winner with respect to the prize.
Completion of any survey for which a prize is offered is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to alter the structure of prize rewards at any time.
SHOPPING VOUCHER REWARDS
As well as prize draws, we may also offer points towards shopping vouchers for participation in some of our surveys.
The amount of Shopping Voucher Points that you earn from any survey will also be stated in the survey invitation email and when you complete this survey within the stipulated timeframe, the amount of the points will be added to your Shopping Voucher Points total.
When your Shopping Voucher Points Total reaches $10 or more you will be eligible to redeem your points via contacting Futurescape on email@example.com.
Vouchers will only be issued in multiples of $10 so when we issue a $10 (or multiple of $10) Shopping Voucher to you we will reset your Voucher Reward Total by the amount of the voucher or vouchers issued to you. This may leave you with a remaining Shopping Voucher Points total.
Vouchers will be mailed to you within 28 days of us receiving your request.
In the General Terms and Conditions of membership, we reserve the right to cancel your membership at our discretion. If this occurs, the amount in your Shopping Voucher Points Total may be voided or transferred to a registered charity at our discretion.
